As Assistant Director of Real Estate Development, Diana wears many hats, having a role in group home development, new project sourcing, project consulting, assisting the VP with Development Department operations, and overseeing CIL Property & Asset Management. She strives to support CIL’s vision that all people will have access to quality housing that enhances independence in neighborhoods of their choice.

Naturally very inquisitive, she is reliable and helpful and excels at creating and nurturing relationships with the contractors she engages with on projects. She can go from zero to 60 in a moment’s notice and spends her free-time rock climbing, snowboarding or just kicking back and relaxing. She previously served two terms as Secretary on the Board of Connecticut Main Street Center.
