As Vice President of Real Estate Development, Chris plays a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and managing impactful development opportunities. He leads the department in sourcing projects that align with CIL’s mission and oversees them through every stage—from initial concept to completion.
With a strong background in real estate and urban planning, Chris brings both strategic insight and practical experience to his work. He is actively engaged in professional networks across the country, frequently speaking at regional and national conferences hosted by organizations like Together for Choice and the New Jersey Association for Community Providers (NJACP).
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from McGill University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan. Outside the office, he enjoys running, mountain biking and playing with his kids.
