A father of three and grandfather of four, Chris knows the importance of rallying a team and time management. 

As Assistant Director of Real Estate Development, he endeavors to support CIL's vision that all people will have access to quality housing that enhances independence in neighborhoods of their choice. He is reliable, helpful and friendly - excelling at creating and nurturing relationships with the contractors that he engages with on projects and mentoring junior project managers.

Chris brings his valuable background in construction, property management and maintenance to his work at CIL. He is responsible for finding new and suitable projects for development, and for overall project oversight. He holds an EPA Lead-Safe certification for renovation projects, and serves on the Board of Directors for Residential Management Services. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors golfing, gardening, and camping.
