A reserved, organized, and helpful woman, Susie Schwendy enjoys getting things untangled and in order and is our Development Team's go-to for everything and anything!

A past environmental engineer and stay-at-home Mom, Susie comes to CIL with the mentality that listening, understanding other's roles in the company, and focusing on what it takes for everyone to succeed will ultimately make the best organization.

When her kids decided to go to far away colleges, she found a love for road tripping and making pit-stops at whatever came across their travels—Niagara Falls, Luray Caverns, and even an RV Museum & Hall of Fame! When she isn't working—or road tripping to colleges—Susie loves to read biographies, memoirs, and history books, with the occasional mystery novel sprinkled in and loves to bake—Bailey's Irish Cream Cake is her new favorite!
