CIL, a Hartford-based real estate development organization, has promoted Diana Deng to Assistant Director of Real Estate Development. Diana joined CIL in 2016 and has held a wide array of responsibilities within the Development Department including community residence development, new project sourcing, project consulting, assessing financing options, and coordinating with architects and contractors. During her 5-year tenure, Diana has completed over 20 community residence projects, numerous consulting and special projects, and has been responsible for the sale of multiple finished properties.
In her new role, Diana will maintain these responsibilities while also assisting with department operations, overseeing CIL property & asset management, and improving internal policies and procedures. Prior to CIL, Diana worked as a Policy Analyst for Partnership for Strong Communities, an affordable housing advocacy organization. Diana serves as Secretary on the Connecticut Main Street Center Board of Directors.
