We were thrilled to join Pathlight and Northampton Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra as they celebrated the ribbon cutting of Pathlight's new Inclusive Community Center in Northampton Thursday June 30th. Pathlight, a Massachusetts-based service provider, partnered with CIL as their development consultant to find a new space for their office and programs including Whole Children, Milestones, Family Empowerment, Whole Selves and Autism Connections.

Assistant Director of Real Estate Development Diana Deng served as the CIL lead on the 16,500 SF project, facilitating the selection and hiring of subconsultants, coordinating site selection and acquisition, and serving as owners rep during the renovation, and assisting with paint and finish selection. The project came in on schedule and budget!
