[EVENT REGISTRATION]
Do you have properties or parcels that you would like to sell?
CIL is looking to buy!
CIL is a nonprofit housing developer looking to purchase properties in Massachusetts. CIL partners with service providers across Massachusetts to help them acquire, design, and construct community residences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Due to the low inventory on the market, CIL is reaching out to Town Planners, Managers, and Economic Developers in case you have properties you would like to sell for positive redevelopment.
Benefits to working with CIL include:
- 4-5 new units of affordable housing in your town, all within one single-family home.
- Well-maintained homes that fit the context of the neighborhood.
- CIL pay’s market value for appropriate sites.
Thank you for joining us! A recording of the presentation is available here.
